The Oregon Department of Transportation reports the following travel restrictions as a result of construction and maintenance operations on Interstate 5:

  • I-5 NB Exit 6 on- and off-ramp to/from OR273 (Ashland)
    • The I-5 northbound Exit 6 on- and off-ramp to/from OR273 will be closed at all hours.
    • The estimated completion date for this project is August 25, 2020.
  • I-5 NB MP 45.44 to MP 45.72 (Rogue River)
    • This section of I-5 northbound will be closed Sunday through Thursday nights between the hours of 10 PM & 5 AM.
    • The estimated completion date for this project is June 26, 2020.
  • I-5 SB MP 45.72 to MP 45.44 (Rogue River)
    • This section of I-5 southbound will be intermittently closed Sunday through Thursday nights between the hours of 10 PM & 5 AM.
    • The estimated completion date for this project is July 10, 2020.
  • I-5 SB on-ramp from Valley of the Rogue State Park (Rogue River)
    • The I-5 southbound on-ramp from Valley of the Rogue State Park will be intermittently closed Sunday through Thursday nights between the hours of 10 PM & 5 AM.
    • The estimated completion date for this project is July 10, 2020.
  • I-5 NB on-ramp from Valley of the Rogue State Park (Rogue River)
    • The I-5 northbound on-ramp from Valley of the Rogue State Park will be closed Sunday through Thursday nights between the hours of 10 PM & 5 AM.
    • The estimated completion date for this project is June 26, 2020.
  • I-5 NB Exit 127 off-ramp to Edenbower Blvd (Roseburg)
    • The I-5 northbound Exit 127 off-ramp to Edenbower Boulevard will be intermittently closed Sunday through Thursday nights 8 PM & 8 AM.
    • The estimated completion date for this work is July 10, 2020.
  • I-5 NB on-ramps from EB & WB Edenbower Blvd (Roseburg)
    • Effective June 28, 2020, the I-5 northbound on-ramps from eastbound and westbound Edenbower Boulevard will be intermittently closed Sunday through Thursday nights between the hours of 8 PM & 8 AM.
    • The estimated completion date for this work is July 10, 2020.
  • I-5 SB Exit 127 off-ramp to Edenbower Blvd (Roseburg)
    • Effective July 12, 2020, the I-5 southbound Exit 127 off-ramp to Edenbower Blvd will be intermittently closed Monday through Thursday nights between the hours of 7 PM & 6 AM.
    • The estimated completion date for this project is July 26, 2020.
  • I-5 NB Exit 135 off-ramp to Sutherlin (Sutherlin)
    • The I-5 northbound Exit 135 off-ramp to Sutherlin will be intermittently closed Sunday through Thursday nights between the hours of 8 PM & 8 AM.
    • The estimated completion date for this project is July 2, 2020.
  • I-5 NB Exit 135 on-ramp from Sutherlin (Sutherlin)
    • Effective June 23, 2020, the I-5 northbound Exit 135 on-ramp from Sutherlin will be intermittently closed Sunday through Thursday nights between the hours of 8 PM & 8 AM.
    • The estimated completion date for this project is July 7, 2020.
  • I-5 NB Exit 136 off-ramp to OR138 (Sutherlin)
    • Effective June 24, 2020, the I-5 northbound Exit 136 off-ramp to OR138 will be intermittently closed Sunday through Thursday nights between the hours of 8 PM & 8 AM.
    • The estimated completion date for this project is June 26, 2020.
  • I-5 SB Exit 209 off-ramp to Diamond Hill Dr (Harrisburg)
    • Effective July 7, 2020, the I-5 southbound Exit 209 off-ramp to Diamond Hill Drive will be closed Sunday through Thursday nights between the hours of 9 PM & 5 AM.
    • The estimated completion date for this work is July 9, 2020.
  • I-5 NB on-ramp from Diamond Hill Dr (Harrisburg)
    • Effective July 6, 2020, the I-5 northbound on-ramp Diamond Hill Dr will be closed Sunday through Thursday nights between the hours of 9 PM & 5 AM.
    • The estimated completion date for this project is July 7, 2020.
  • I-5 NB Exit 238 off-ramp to OR164/Jefferson Hwy (Millersburg)
    • ffective July 14, 2020, the I-5 northbound Exit 238 off-ramp to OR164/Jefferson Hwy will be closed Monday through Thursday between the hours of 7 AM & 5 PM.
    • The estimated completion date for this work is July 16, 2020.
  • I-5 NB Exit 238 off-ramp to OR164/Jefferson Hwy (Millersburg)
    • Effective July 21, 2020, the I-5 northbound Exit 238 off-ramp to OR164/Jefferson Hwy will be closed Monday through Thursday between the hours of 7 AM & 5 PM.
    • The estimated completion date for this work is July 23, 2020.
  • I-5 NB Exit 238 off-ramp to OR164/Jefferson Hwy (Millersburg)
    • Effective July 14, 2020, the I-5 northbound Exit 238 off-ramp to OR164/Jefferson Hwy will be closed Monday through Thursday between the hours of 7 AM & 5 PM.
    • The estimated completion date for this work is July 16, 2020.
  • I-5 NB Exit 238 off-ramp to OR164/Jefferson Hwy (Millersburg)
    • Effective July 21, 2020, the I-5 northbound Exit 238 off-ramp to OR164/Jefferson Hwy will be closed Monday through Thursday between the hours of 7 AM & 5 PM.
    • The estimated completion date for this work is July 23, 2020.
  • I-5 SB Exit 278 off-ramp to Ehlen Rd (Donald)
    • Effective June 29, 2020, the I-5 southbound Exit 278 off-ramp to Ehlen Road will be closed at night between the hours of 9 PM & 5 AM.
    • The estimated completion date for this work is July 2, 2020.
  • I-5 SB on-ramp from OR99W/Barbur Blvd/Capitol Hwy (Portland)
    • Effective June 29, 2020, the I-5 southbound on-ramp from OR99W/Barbur Boulevard/Capitol Highway will be closed Monday through Thursday nights between the hours of 10 PM & 5 AM.
    • The estimated completion date for this work is July 1, 2020.
  • I-5 NB on-ramp from OR99W/Barbur Blvd (Portland)
    • The I-5 northbound on-ramp from OR99W/Barbur Boulevard will be intermittently closed from 10 AM to 5 AM (Open mornings 5 AM to 10 AM).
    • The estimated completion date for this work is June 28, 2020.
  • I-5 NB on-ramp from Terwilliger Blvd (Portland)
    • The I-5 northbound on-ramp from Terwilliger Boulevard will be intermittently closed from 10 AM to 5 AM (Open mornings 5 AM to 10 AM).
    • The estimated completion date for this work is June 28, 2020.
  • I-5 NB on-ramp from OR99W/Barbur Blvd (Portland)
    • The I-5 northbound on-ramp from OR99W/Barbur Boulevard will be intermittently closed from 10 AM to 5 AM (Open mornings 5 AM to 10 AM).
    • The estimated completion date for this work is June 28, 2020.
  • I-5 NB on-ramp from Terwilliger Blvd (Portland)
    • The I-5 northbound on-ramp from Terwilliger Boulevard will be intermittently closed from 10 AM to 5 AM (Open mornings 5 AM to 10 AM).
    • The estimated completion date for this work is June 28, 2020.
  • I-5 NB on-ramp from OR99W/Barbur Blvd (Portland)
    • The I-5 northbound on-ramp from OR99W/Barbur Boulevard will be intermittently closed from 10 AM to 5 AM (Open mornings 5 AM to 10 AM).
    • The estimated completion date for this work is June 28, 2020.
  • I-5 NB on-ramp from Terwilliger Blvd (Portland)
    • The I-5 northbound on-ramp from Terwilliger Boulevard will be intermittently closed from 10 AM to 5 AM (Open mornings 5 AM to 10 AM).
    • The estimated completion date for this work is June 28, 2020.
  • I-5 SB on-ramp from Greeley Ave (Portland)
    • The I-5 southbound on-ramp from Greeley Ave will be intermittently closed Sunday through Thursday nights between the hours of 8 PM & 5 AM, Friday nights between the hours of 8 PM & 7 AM, and Saturday nights between the hours of 8 PM and 8 AM.
    • The estimated completion date for this project is November 30, 2020.
  • I-5 SB Exit 302B to I-405 SB (Portland)
    • The I-5 southbound exit 302B off-ramp to I-405 southbound will be intermittently restricted to 13 feet 00 inches in width Sunday through Thursday nights between the hours of 9 PM & 5 AM, Friday nights between the hours of 9 PM & 7 AM, and Saturday nights between the hours of 9 PM & 1/2 hour before sunrise.
    • The estimated completion date for this project is November 30, 2020.
  • I-5 SB on-ramp from N Going St (Portland)
    • The I-5 southbound on-ramp from N Going St will be intermittently closed Sunday through Thursday nights between the hours of 9 PM & 5 AM, Friday nights between the hours of 9 PM & 7 AM, and Saturday nights between the hours of 9 PM & 8 AM.
    • The estimated completion date for this project is November 30, 2020.
  • I-5 SB on-ramp from N Victory Blvd (Portland)
    • The I-5 southbound on-ramp from N Victory Boulevard will be intermittently closed Sunday through Thursday nights between the hours of 9 PM & 5 AM.
    • The estimated completion date for this project is June 30, 2020.
