The Washington State Department of Transportation reports that construction crews will be upgrading the lighting at Elm Street, Oak Street and Allen Street along I-5.
Construction is taking place between mileposts 28.57 and 42.0
As a result, a single-lane on either direction of I-5, between Oak Street and Allen Street will be closed daily, from 6:00 am to 6:00 pm from Monday, January 29 to Friday, February 1.
