The Hilltop Diner is a cool local diner that captures the essence of classic American dining. I love traditional diner culture, and I must say, This place fits perfectly.
This restaurant has a welcoming nostalgic atmosphere. With checkered floors, red leather booths, and neon signs, it’s a trip back to the 50’s.
The menu here features all your favorite comfort foods. From hearty breakfasts to classic burgers and delectable pies, the food is simple, hearty, and served with a smile. The portions are generous, and the service is as friendly as it gets.
It seems to be a popular diner, we were there around lunch time and it was extremely busy… with lot’s of families.
In my opinion, The Hilltop Diner is a keeper… great food, a nostalgic ambiance, and a friendly, family atmosphere.
If you’re traveling I-5 and passing by Redding around mealtime, I highly recommend The Hilltop Diner. It’s a wonderful restaurant to add to your “must-stop” list.
