The coastal landscape of San Clemente is about to change as The Outlets at San Clemente begin taking shape at the end of March on a graded plateau overlooking the Pacific. Developer Steve Craig announced last week that March 31 will be the first day of building a $100 million retail center along I-5 between the Avenida Vista Hermosa and Avenida Pico exits.
